Admissions Requirements

2024-2025 School Year

Upon acceptance to LGSONS you will receive access to an online Family Portal to submit the required forms.
Enrollment forms outline details specific to our school such as tuition payments, refund schedule, and participation requirements. This form also included an accident and model release form, and emergency contact and consent information.

The State of California require that we collect the following health forms for children and participating adults;
- Child Immunization Records in accordance with SB277
- Child TB Screening
- Childhood Pre-Admissions Health Evaluation
- Adult Immunization Records in accordance with SB792
- Adult TB Screening / Testing
- Adult LiveScan Fingerprinting
LGSONS COVID-19 Vaccination Policy requires all attending in-class caregivers to be fully immunized, including a booster shot for those eligible.
All enrollment requirements are subject to change based on federal, state, and local regulations, including those imposed by the Los Gatos-Saratoga Recreation Department, for whom we operated under the auspices.

LGSONS follows a “one-child, one-charge” policy, billed monthly. Unlike other schools, we roll materials fees, event tickets, insurance fees, etc., into one single tuition fee per student. We believe this up-front pricing provides families with a simpler and more realistic view of tuition costs.
Tuition billing is broken down into an initial deposit and then 9 recurring monthly charges.
Monday Toddler & Me Program :
* Annual $1,490 / Enrollment Deposit $499 / Monthly $110
One-Day Program (2's + Sat PM) :
* Annual $2060 / Enrollment Deposit $499 / Monthly $173
Two-Day Program (3's) :
* Annual $3,720 / Enrollment Deposit $499/ Monthly $358
Two-Day Program (3/4's) :
* Annual $3,890 / Enrollment Deposit $499/ Monthly $377
Three-Day Program (4/5's) :
* Annual $5,320 / Enrollment Deposit $499 / Monthly $536
Tuition payments are processed through our Jovial Family Portals.
Enrollment Deposits are due on or before April 15th. These deposits secure your placement in our school for the following year. All members of the school are eligible for tuition assistance. To apply, please contact our treasurer at treasurer@lgsons.org. All requests are kept confidential.

No parent participation/attendance. Children are expected to attend on their own.
Children must be able to attend to their own toileting needs.
Children who are comfortable with a drop-off program are strongly encouraged.
Camp will take place in the forest canyon behind the school—hiking and adventuring required!
